Integrated Support Packages
Supporting Vulnerable Learners
Working in partnership with school staff, the young person and their carers/parents. Core Education Services will develop and deliver an individualised programme of intervention, designed to address the identified needs of the young person.
We can deliver tailor made packages of support to young people who are experiencing difficulties at school. Our interventions are time limited and personalised to address the identified needs of the young person.
- Our packages offer targeted support to young people on the verge of exclusion, or who for a variety of reasons are unable to access appropriate school provision
- Core Education staff are all CRB checked. We have a range of professionals available including teachers, tutors with subject specialisms, learning mentors and youth workers.
- All our staff receive specialist training in dealing with vulnerable children, including those looked after
- Our staff have access to our multi-disciplinary support infrastructure from which to gain relevant and practical advice in dealing with each individual child/young person.
We are also available to offer Personalised Tutoring if preferred.
